Additional Custom Searches

Each of our Residential Conveyancing packages is designed to include all the standard statutory searches. In some instances where you may require more information about your property, we will advise you on the cost and practicality of those searches.

We will provide a comprehensive search list upon engagement as part of the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol.

For example, the property may be affected by registered easements, covenants or other encumbrances that require information to be retrieved from the Titles Office.
